Fishery Information

Here we have a beautiful, tranquil little fishing lake based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. The lake is in a private location with the only access being a private drive way.

The extensive stocks of fish within the lake are fantastic - We have mirror, common and ghost Carp weighing up to 35lbs and a huge stock of Catfish weighing up to 90lbs making Manor House Farm Lake one of the most prolific specimen fisheries around. We run two commercial aerators throughout the spring and summer months one at either end of the lake making for an oxygen rich and healthier environment for our fish to live and thrive in.

With only four anglers allowed to fish at any one time, this ensures consistent sport for our guests. We have five fishing swims around the lake, allowing anglers a choice of where to fish from. There is an indoor flushable toilet and sink on site as well as an outdoor tap providing drinkable water.

We also offer a luxury lakeside cabin that can be rented along with the lake so our fishery has something for everyone. So if you are looking for that bit extra from your days out, then please contact us for availability to come and spend some time on the farm and sample our wonderful surroundings and fantastic carp and catfish fishing!
